- phone number, if you provide it,
- the content of your message, and any other information you choose to share.

Website Visits and Analytics
To measure website traffic and understand how people use our website, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google.
Analytics tools help us, for example, determine which parts of the website visitors use, how they arrive at the website, and how we can improve its content and functionality.
We use analytics cookies only if you have consented to their use through the cookie settings on our website.
Google states that for users in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, Google Analytics does not record or store individual IP addresses.
Cookies
Cookies are small data files that are stored on your device when you visit a website.
We primarily use the following types of cookies on our website:
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. Without them, some parts of the website may not work correctly. Your consent is not required for their use.
Analytical cookies
These help us understand how visitors use the website and improve its content and functionality. We use them through Google Analytics and only with your consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.
You can find a detailed overview of the cookies we use, their purpose, and how long they are stored in the cookie settings on our website.
Who Can Access the Data
We may disclose personal data, to the extent necessary, to our vendors who provide services for us, such as:
- website operation and hosting,
- IT and technical support,
- newsletter distribution,
- analytics and other web services.
We work with these vendors only to the extent necessary for the provision of their services and, where required by the nature of the processing, based on a contractual agreement regarding the processing of personal data.
Google may also be among the recipients of the data in connection with the use of Google Analytics.
How Long We Retain Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law.
The specific retention period may vary depending on the type of processing. We retain data collected via the contact form for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up communication. We retain data processed for sending the newsletter until you revoke your consent.
